This is as if Nature has painted the colours with a selection of brushes, the Luxe Lounge standing just next, boasts of the luxury you were dreaming about. Get yourself seated in the outdoor section right in the evening, to see the faint rays of the setting sun, or get cozy inside one of the transparent igloos, with the sparkling stars shining right above you.

The concept of healthy eating is currently very much in demand, perhaps owing to the pandemic which ensues our very existence and promises to doom our very living. Sheer plant-based goodness, vegan diet promises one rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, thus inducing immunity and offering countless health related benefits. Club Fenicia has come up with its well curated menu, comprising of selective dishes and mocktails, aiming to promote the culture of vegan diets and also acquainting its patrons to the concept of vegan food and its know-abouts! From sushi to spring rolls to single bowl meals, this is one menu which will satisfy your cravings and tastebuds in any every way imaginable.

We started with a lovely avodaco and mango brown rice sushi; an ingenuity in itself, this dish manages to destroy the very myth that any lipsmacking sushis needs to be meat based. A perfect balance of the sweet mango at the top sitting as a roe, with the kick from the avocado is all you would want. Quinoa Bites in another preparation of sushi which may entice your tastebuds. While the visual presentation is beyond contemplation, it is the sheer taste of the sticky rice stuffed with diced vegetables and enclosed within a layer of quinoa which will win your heart. Pair it with the avocado to induce some kick if you may wish, but even otherwise, this dish will make you salivate for long.

Going Asian, the Vietnamese Vegans mimic the popular Vietnamese Spring Rolls in quite an artistic way. A handsome filling of crunchy beans, sprouts and carrots, the transparent casing makes it all visible to the naked eyes. Pair these with the chilli dip on the side, and indulge yourself in a rainbow of flavors with the crunch from the spring rolls soothing your auditory senses. Our last dish of the day was an artistic sourdough bread, with a spread of beetroot hummus over it. More like an artistic painting, this bruschetta like dish, had the sheer ingenuity of putting up a vegan hummus spread, to pair up with the crunchy sourdough bread and avocado rose on the sides, almost mimicking a garden.

While a lot of other dishes like a smoked tofu salad, bowls like sweet potato and radish, tofu, brown rice and ponzu sauce awaits to be explored, don’t miss out on the classic array of mocktails. Talk about the Fruit Vegan Beer, almost on the verge of mimicking that of an alcoholic drink, but falling just short as alcohol is usually something tabooed when it comes to veganism. A wonderful concoction of cold pressed spinach juice, pineapple clove reduction, roasted cubs and a pinch of salt, the crux of this drink lies in the inclusion of a non-alcoholic Budweiser. The floral beer is another such drink of exotic proportions. Elderflower syrup, homemade hibiscus and vanilla reduction, cranberry juice and topping of Budweiser will make your tastebuds dance with flavours. while the Vegan Detox Smoothie with cold pressed orange and pineapple juice and fresh banana will keep you refreshed all throughout.

The Watermelon Basiltini is a take on the erstwhile Martini, with coldpressed basil juice, fresh watermelon juice, demerara sugar with a squeeze of watermelon and fresh watermelon juice to celebrate everything which is natural and homegrown around us. Orange Cinnamon Fizz is another popular choice to hang around with, with the concoction of homemade orange marmalade and cinnamon, along with cold pressed orange juice and ginger ale to soothe your senses. The festival commences from the 19th of July and will run till the 31st of July. Talk about prices, this is very much affordable. Talk about service and experience? Unexpressed!
