First Look at the newly introduced menu at PUB13.!

One of those places where you can never stop dancing to the increasing tunes of excitement, PUB13 is one of those resto-bars in the heart of Kolkata where party never stops for a second. Located in Ho Chi Minh Sarani, the interior gets its design based on an Irish theme. Live DJ performance, music to die for, get groovy with the enthralling beats as you sip into the amazing convictions and liquors.

Plush sofas, tall chairs for those who prefer such arrangements, there are pool tables for you to indulge in a game or two. The ambiance is totally laid back, and mixed with the cool vibes and the scintillating beats makes for a memorable time down here. The food here complements the drinks well, and has that fine degree of separation to please your tastebuds the way they would perhaps want them.

We started with Veg Hara Bhara Kebab, a mix of green peas and spinach, served with lachcha onions and mint chutney. Crispy Veg Wontons, a Southern Chinese dumpling was filled with vegetarian stuffing and deep fried to perfection. Next to come, the Tangra style Chilli Chicken was a throwback to the good old flavours of the China Town.

Boneless chicken tossed in onions, garlic, light soya, dark soya and chilli sauce, an absolute pleasure to the tastebuds. Paneer Rawalpindi came with soft cottage cheese marinated with black pepper, curd and other Indian spices, grilled in Tandoor and served with mint chutney and masala papad. The Tangri kebab served here would be a perfect accompaniment to your drinks. Moist chicken legs, rubbed with yoghurt and Indian spices was a melt-in-the-mouth affair.

Crunchy Jalapeno Cheese Balls, an eternal favourite oozed out of melting cheese with the sharp tang of Jalapenos. The Panko Crumb Fish was another favourite, with the pure fresh Bhetki reminding us what quality is all about. The new menu also featured some newly introduced drinks like London Weekend, Apple Ginger Lip and Creamy Espresso amongst others.
