Conceptualized by two budding homemakers, Spatula brings to you an array of selective and decadent homemade chocolates. Churning out in various flavours, the chocolates here are light, flavorful and most importantly devoid of any preservatives.
Each and every order is customized and prepared as per specification, with utmost care, love and passion. What you get is not only the sinful bites leading straight to the doors of heaven, but also the uncontrollable urge to crave for even more.
We tried a couple of chocolates on the block, and it is rather needless to say, we liked them all.
1) White Ribbon: A wonderful blend of the light milk chocolate with the luscious dark chocolate, this is a perfect example of a match made in heaven. The richness of the dark chocolate is nicely balanced by the softness of the milk chocolate. What you get are both the rich and strong as well as light and gentle flavours hitting your tastebuds with every bite.
2) Mango Mania: Summer seems incomplete with our incomparable love and unequivocal passion towards Mango. One fruit which is widely loved by all, mostly in Bengal. Spatula brings in yet another way to cherish this King of Fruit, in the form of a handmade chocolate. Dark Chocolate gets swirled over fresh and sweet mangoes, imparting the creaminess of the mangoes as well as the strong cocoa flavour altogether.
3) Strawberry Kiss: Yet another fruit which is widely accepted, liked and preferred, this chocolate has fresh strawberry pureed into a fine liquid texture, which is then gently drizzled with fine dark chocolate. A must try for those who loves both Chocolate and Strawberry. The flavour and sweetness of strawberry is mostly predominant, with slight hint of the strong flavours of the chocolate.
4) Crunchy Dark Cubes: One more example of the fine amalgamation of the white and dark chocolates, this one has loads of crushed pistachios, topped with a gentle nudge of white chocolate and then dominated with most of the dark chocolate. You get the crunchiness of the pistachios, and then slowly the sweetness of the white chocolate hits you, only to be supplemented by the rich dark chocolate.
5) White Almond Cubes: A sister derivate of the Crunchy Dark Cubes mentioned above, this one has loads of crushed almonds, topped with a bucketful of molten white chocolate. A heaven for those who love white chocolates, this is as good it can come.
